I mainly support women who are struggling to make sense of what happened to them, and support them to put the pieces of themselves back together again. If on the outside, you might look like you’re coping, but inside you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected, I can I offer a calm, supportive space where you can begin to make sense of what’s happened and start feeling more like yourself again.

Together, we’ll move at your pace — helping you heal from past experiences, rebuild confidence, and reconnect with who you truly are.
